How does corporate office massage work?
We bring everything to your office — massage chairs, tables, linens, and supplies. Employees sign up for time slots, and our CMTO-registered therapists provide chair or table massage on-site. No disruption to the workday.
What's included in an employee appreciation day package?
Our day packages include a full-day on-site therapist, massage chair or table setup, scheduling coordination, and insurance receipts for each employee. Packages start at a flat day rate with flexible session lengths.
Can we set up a recurring program?
Yes. Many of our corporate clients book recurring weekly or bi-weekly visits. We handle scheduling, employee sign-ups, and provide monthly reporting on utilization.
Are sessions covered by employee insurance?
Yes. Our therapists are CMTO-registered, so individual sessions are eligible for extended health coverage. Each employee receives their own insurance receipt after every session.
How much space do you need?
For chair massage, a quiet corner or meeting room works perfectly — about 6 × 6 feet per chair. For table massage, a private office or meeting room with roughly 8 × 10 feet of clear space is ideal.
What's the minimum team size?
There's no minimum. We work with teams as small as 5 and as large as 500+. Pricing is customized based on your team size, frequency, and location.
How far in advance do we need to book?
For one-time events, 1–2 weeks notice is typically sufficient. For recurring programs, we recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks ahead to coordinate scheduling and setup.
Do you serve offices outside of Toronto?
Yes. We serve offices across the GTA including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Contact us if your office is in a different area — we may be able to accommodate.
