Hands-on treatment
Ken works through the treatment, checking in on pressure and comfort throughout. You're in control — speak up anytime and he'll adjust.
Summary & home care
Ken walks you through what he found, what he worked on, and gives you specific stretches or exercises for between sessions. Insurance receipt sent by email within the hour.

Common questions about mobile massage
Is my space big enough?
You need about 7 × 10 feet of clear floor space — roughly the size of a single bed with room to walk around it. A living room, bedroom, or home office works perfectly. We'll confirm space requirements when you book.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing at all. Ken brings everything — table, linens, oils, music. Just have a clear space ready and set the room to a comfortable temperature. Wear whatever you're comfortable in.
Does mobile massage cost more?
No. Our rates are the same whether we come to your home or you visit an office. There are no travel surcharges for areas within the service zone.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Same-day bookings are sometimes available, but 24–48 hours in advance gives you the best selection of time slots. Book online — it takes about 2 minutes.
What if I live in a condo or apartment?
No problem. Ken works in condos regularly. Just share the building name and any guest entry procedures when you book. He handles parking on his own.
Is it covered by my insurance?
Yes — Ken is CMTO-registered, so treatments are eligible for coverage under most Canadian extended health plans. Insurance receipts are emailed within the hour after every session.
Can I book for someone else?
Absolutely. Gift sessions are popular. Book online with the recipient's address, or contact us directly to arrange a gift certificate.
What about parking?
Ken handles all parking logistics — you never need to worry about it. If your building has visitor parking, that's helpful but not required.
